How do I use CooCoo?

Send us a text message with a search query or menu selection to 266266. You can also use this website to search for schedules and information. For more details, go to coocoo.com/howto

Keywords and Searches:

Send a text message from your mobile phone to 266266 (spell, CooCoo on your keypad). You will receive a text message(s) back containing information pertaining to your keyword. You may also be presented with menu options. To select a menu option, simply reply with the given letter. You can conduct a search by texting 266266 (CooCoo) with the subject of your search.

How do I stop Alerts?

After receiving an alert on your phone, send a text message with the word "stop" to 266266 (CooCoo). CooCoo will send you a text message to confirm that you have unsubscribed from the alert. If you wish to stop all CooCoo alerts, send a text message to 266266 (CooCoo) containing the words stop all. You will not receive any more alerts until you reregister.

How do I get help from my cell phone?

At anytime while using the CooCoo service, you can send a message with the word help to 266266 (CooCoo). If there is a help selection on a menu you may respond with the letter selection to receive help.

Privacy: Will CooCoo ever give away or sell my phone number?

As a CooCoo customer your experience and privacy is important to us. CooCoo has a strict privacy policy that is always enforced. We will never sell, give away or use your number for any reason other then providing you with information that you request. Any personal information you provide is kept strictly confidential and will not be sold to any third parties.

Will I ever receive messages that I have not requested?

CooCoo will never send you a message that you do not request. If you feel you have received a message that you didn't ask for you may contact us at support@coocoo.com.

To use the basic CooCoo services is free. Your carrier charges however do still apply. This means that to use CooCoo, you will only have to pay what your service provider charges you to send text messages.
